Miami Horror cover The Church

Most of us are fairly familiar with the feeling of suddenly transforming into horrifying unpleasant versions of our regular charming selves when blood sugar is running low (I unfortunately suffer a great deal from the so called food-fits and will easily have a meltdown if hungry), but putting the chart-topping indie-electro Miami Horror in that position seems like no hassle at all for Snickers® Sessions!

miami As part of the sessions, Aussie band Miami Horror played a very out of the ordinary pop-up gig outside Melbourne’s State Library, while raising money for Heaps Decent. Determined by public vote, the popular Aussie band passionately went to the studio after votes were submitted late August, to record their cover version of the classic The Church tune ‘Under The Milky Way‘.

Although quite out the band’s normal gaming field, it seems being hungry is a good suit for Miami Horror who absolutely rocked the challenge of interpreting the tune. Check it out for yourself - here is an awesome clip of the guys performing their cover of “Under The Milky Way” for the first time live!

You can download the song here: http://snickerssessions.com.au/ (first 500 downloads are free, so be quick!)

Please note that for one year, proceeds from the sale of the song will go towards helping Heaps Decent and continue the non-profit organization’s important work of nurturing the creativity of underpriviliged and indigenous young people.
