Q&A with Cassette
Q. How does it feel to be a She Can DJ Top 10 finalist? A. It feels amazing! It has been a wild ride but I've been working hard at DJing for a while and to have it recognised by a huge label like EMI feels very rewarding. I'm both honoured and excited to be in this group of talented young females. -
Q. What first inspired you to become a disc jockey and how did it all come about? A. I was producing and co-hosting a weekly radio show with DJ Ajax and was also working in events and touring for festival giants Fuzzy (Parklife, Harbourlife, Shorething). Inspired by the wealth of talent around me, I bought a set of decks, got to work and never looked back! -
Q. What’s your all-time favourite album? A. Daft Punk - Home work (1997), followed closely by Sasha & John Digweed - Northern Exposure
